Man, 2026 is flying by already, and we’re knee-deep in our 40th anniversary year. Crazy to think we’ve been feeding this community since 1986. I bought the place back in 2001 when I was just 24, after starting out as a dishwasher at 17. I still come in every day, roll the dough, stir the sauce, and roll those meatballs by hand because I want every single person who walks through our doors at 3999 Rice Street to feel like they’re sitting down at a big family table.
